Join us Saturday, June 13, as our community comes together to support the families impacted by the Nippon tragedy.
At Scythe Brewing, we have always believed that a brewery should be more than a place to grab a beer. It should be a place where people gather, connect, support one another, and stand together when it matters most.
This Saturday, June 13, Scythe Brewing is honored to serve as the final stop for the Longview Strong Nippon Poker Run Fundraiser, an event created to raise funds for the families impacted by the Nippon tragedy.
This day is about more than a ride, more than music, and more than a fundraiser. It is about community. It is about neighbors helping neighbors. It is about showing up for local families who are facing unimaginable loss and letting them know they are not alone.

Live Music at Scythe
Music has a way of bringing people together, especially during difficult times. We are grateful to welcome Joel Mooney and Imposter Syndrome as part of this fundraiser.
Their music will help create a space where friends, families, riders, neighbors, and supporters can gather, take a breath, enjoy time together, and be part of something bigger than themselves.
Raffles, Silent Auction Items, Food, Brews, and More
Throughout the day, guests will have the opportunity to support the fundraiser through raffle tickets, a 50/50 raffle, silent auction items, large raffle items, and direct donations.
Thanks to the generosity of local businesses and community members, the event will include an incredible variety of donated items, gift cards, baskets, specialty items, services, and auction pieces. Every ticket purchased, every bid placed, and every dollar donated helps support the families impacted by the Nippon tragedy.
Scythe Brewing will also be serving great food and handcrafted brews throughout the event, giving guests a place to gather, eat, connect, and support the cause.
A Community Effort
Events like this do not happen because of one person or one business. They happen because a community decides to show up.
We want to extend our gratitude to the event sponsors, donors, volunteers, musicians, riders, car show participants, local businesses, and every person who has helped bring this fundraiser together.
A special thank you to Scythe Brewing Co., Uncaged Cycles, and Castle Rock Axe House for helping make this event possible, and to the many generous donors who have stepped forward in support of local families.
We are also deeply grateful for the generous matching funds donation from Meredith Long and Longview Law Group, helping every dollar raised go even further for the families this event is supporting.
Show Up. Give Back. Stand With Longview.
In moments of heartbreak, community matters. The people who show up matter. The businesses that give back matter. The neighbors who donate, volunteer, ride, sing, serve, cook, organize, share, and support — they all matter.
This Saturday, we invite you to join us at Scythe Brewing for the Longview Strong Nippon Poker Run Fundraiser.
Come for the ride. Come for the music. Come for the car show. Come for the food and brews. Come for the raffles and silent auction.
Most importantly, come to stand with the families impacted by the Nippon tragedy.
